Responsabilités clés

  • Requirements & Solutioning
  • Run discovery with clients and internal stakeholders; turn business problems into clear problem statements and technical approaches
  • Produce requirements documents and technical proposals covering architecture, business rules, and user flows RPA & Automation
  • Design, build, and maintain automated business process pipelines (e.g. email/document workflows integrated with Microsoft 365 / Graph API)
  • Automate file transfer and sync between systems (e.g.
  • SharePoint)
  • Move automation triggers from scheduled/polling-based to event-driven (webhooks) Data Engineering & Warehousing
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for customer/transaction analytics and segmentation
  • Design ETL processes across databases, SharePoint, and APIs
  • Design fact/dimension models for reporting and manage model dependencies
  • Write and optimise SQL; diagnose and resolve data integrity issues Python Development
  • Develop and maintain Python services and integrations
  • Build reusable utility modules for common integrations (Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, etc.) Analytics & Power BI
  • Build PowerBI data models and dashboards; develop DAX measures
  • Analyse transaction and behavioural data to build customer segments (spend/frequency scoring)
  • Build curated targeting lists from raw data for marketing and business teams
  • Partner with marketing/business stakeholders to define audience segments and provide data-driven recommendations Machine Learning / AI
  • Evaluate, scope, and cost ML/AI services for production deployment, balancing infrastructure requirements against budget and performance needs
  • Integrate Large LanguageModels (LLMs) into automation pipelines
  • Train, evaluate, and validate ML models using appropriate performance metrics and validation methods
  • Apply statistical methods and modeling techniques (regression, hypothesis testing, distribution analysis) to support data-driven decision-making and model validation Leadership
  • Act as Tech Lead across concurrent RPA and ML/data workstreams: scope, design, and make architecture and technology stack decisions
  • Guide and review the work of Python developers who implement solutions you design, and actively mentor them to grow their skills Candidate Profile, Behavioral Competencies & Required Skills The successful candidate should possess a strong combination of technical expertise, business acumen and leadership capability.
  • Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. · Minimum five years' experience designing and delivering enterprise automation, data engineering or software development solutions. · Strong hands-on experience with Python development in production environments. · Advanced SQL, data modelling and ETL development experience. · Experience developing Power BI data models, DAX measures and dashboards. · Experience integrating APIs and Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Graph and SharePoint. · Hands on experience to Machine Learning solutions and LLM integration would be advantageous. · Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers. · Experience working directly with clients and translating business needs into technology solutions.

A hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through technology.
