We are looking for a Local Mauritian Data Analyst to support digital operations and digital platform adoption across the Southern African region for Huawei. The position combines data analysis, business intelligence and digital operations , with a focus on turning data into insights that support frontline projects, business development and digital transformation. (FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME: If you're a Mauritian fresh graduate, fluent in Mandarin/Chinese - please also apply now) Key Responsibilities • Support digital operations and digital platform activities across the Southern African region and representative offices • Manage data cleansing, preparation, modelling, analysis and visualization • Develop analytical logic and practical data solutions to support business requirements • Analyse data and provide insights to support frontline project and business expansion • Develop dashboards, reports and visualizations using BI tools • Support deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of digital platforms and data capabilities • Support representative offices and partners with digital capability introduction and operational adoption • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives using data and digital platforms • Support specialized operational projects and data-driven initiatives • Contribute to enterprise knowledge management and operational knowledge sharing Technical Requirements • Basic Understanding of ICT and enterprise technology environments • Understanding of carrier/operator network architecture and business logic is preferred • Knowledge of enterprise IT architecture and ICT industry trends is advantageous • Good understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical principles and data visualization • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R • Ability to design analytical logic and implement data solutions • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools is highly desirable • Experience with data cleansing, analysis, modelling and visualization • Experience in enterprise knowledge management or specialized operational project design and execution is advantageous • English is the working language is a must-have • Chinese-language proficiency will be considered an advantage (Not critical) • Both experienced professionals and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
