- Guest Experience
- Own every stay end to end — pre-arrival preparation, check-in, in-stay presence, check-out
- Be personally present at the moments that matter — arrivals, departures, celebrations, sensitive situations
- Anticipate needs and orchestrate extras, experiences and special touches with our concierge team
- Handle incidents in real time and see every recovery through to resolution
- Own your results — guest satisfaction, reviews, repeat stays and extras revenue are your scoreboard Villa Operations
- Keep your villas "always ready" — housekeeping standards, amenities, maintenance, presentation
- Conduct regular walkthroughs with structured reports and clear recommendations
- Lead house staff (housekeepers, gardeners, handymen) and external suppliers on site
- Manage turnovers, including tight back-to-backs, with full anticipation Owner Relations
- Be the trusted senior contact for villa owners — proactive updates, monthly reports, transparent communication
- Coordinate owner-side works between stays while protecting the guest calendar
- Build the long-term relationships that keep exceptional villas in our portfolio Profile
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality at a senior guest-facing level: five-star resorts, boutique properties, private estates, butler or guest relations management
- A natural host with genuine presence — warm, discreet, impeccably presented, instinctively at ease with UHNW international clientele
- Commercially sharp — you see the opportunity in every stay and know how to elevate it elegantly
- Hands-on and solution-driven — you fix things before they become problems
- Fluent in English and French; an additional language is a plus
- Valid driving licence and full flexibility (weekends, evenings, on-call rotations) — our peak is when others rest

We are looking for an exceptional Villa Manager for our West region portfolio — one of the most senior guest-facing roles in the company. Depending on operational needs, the role may also be appointed to villas in other regions. Mission Be the face and the backbone of a portfolio of exceptional private villas. You own the guest experience from pre-arrival to departure, the daily condition of the properties, and the personal trust of their owners — often prominent figures who expect a single, reliable, senior point of contact. Your villas are always ready, your guests always looked after, your owners always informed. The calibre we are looking for This is not an entry into luxury hospitality — it is a role for someone who already masters it. You have run guest experience at the highest level: a five-star resort, a renowned boutique property, a butler or guest relations leadership position, or the management of private estates. You know how to walk into a villa and see what a demanding guest will see. You are as comfortable hosting a royal family's dinner as you are negotiating with a supplier or reassuring a villa owner. People remember you — guests ask for you by name.
