Responsabilités clés

Manage, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit.
Set up campaigns and upload creatives, ensuring all elements are ready prior to launch.
Track campaign performance using daily, weekly, and monthly reports; conduct post-campaign analysis.
Generate insights and recommendations to improve campaign results and achieve KPIs.
Support the team in defining campaign goals, success metrics, and KPIs.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and annual reviews.
Prepare reports and dashboards using MS Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, and Power BI.
Apply logical and analytical approaches when interpreting campaign data and making recommendations.
Collaborate with peers to provide paid social recommendations and optimization strategies aligned with objectives.

Compétences clés

Bachelor’s degree (specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or a relevant field preferred).
2 to 4 years of experience in biddable media or paid social campaign management.
Strong knowledge of social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit.
Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, and Power BI.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Automation knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
