Senior BI & Data Warehousing Developer

Mission principale

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI & Data Warehousing Developer to join our growing Data & Analytics practice. You will play a key role in designing and implementing modern Business Intelligence solutions, developing enterprise data warehouses, building scalable ETL pipelines, and delivering insightful Power BI dashboards that support strategic business decisions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to transform business requirements into high-quality analytics solutions while promoting BI best practices across client engagements.

Responsabilités clés

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Business Intelligence solutions using Power
• BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Design and implement scalable Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and semantic models.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS, Microsoft Fabric Data Factory, or
• equivalent integration tools.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards and executive reports using DAX, Power
• Query, and advanced data modelling techniques.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Oracle, Dynamics 365,
• Business Central, ERP systems, cloud applications, and APIs.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality and
• consistency.
• Configure and maintain Power BI Service workspaces, gateways, security, and Row-
• Level Security (RLS).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into
• scalable analytical solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, user guides, and data models.
• Participate in solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and pre-sales activities.
• Contribute to BI governance, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Compétences clés

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics
• development.
• Strong experience with:
• Microsoft Power BI
• DAX
• Power Query
• SQL
• ETL Development
• Data Warehouse Design
• Data Modelling (Star Schema / Dimensional Modelling)
• Python is a plus
• Experience integrating ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business
• Central, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse such as Snowflake/Data Cloud, and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience with Power BI — Service administration, gateways, deployment, and
• security.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
