Responsabilités clés

HR & High-Volume Recruitment
Conduct in-person and occasional phone interviews with potential candidates.
Play a key role in high-volume recruitment, managing 5-7 interviews per day, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with the Head of HR to drive a fast-paced hiring process, efficiently meeting staffing needs.
Dealing with HR documentation and the employment termination process.
Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors.
Office & Administrative Management
Manage office supplies, invoices, expense reports, and employee social benefits.
Handle contract signing and document filing (both physical and digital).
Ensure that the office complies with building health and safety regulations, maintaining communication with the building maintenance team.
Maintain regular contact with the cleaning company to ensure the office is kept clean.
Work closely with the COO to optimize office workflows and support administrative tasks.
Employee Experience & Engagement — As a HR, create an exceptional workplace experience by organizing exciting monthly events, overseeing generous employee gifts and rewards, and ensuring every team member feels valued from day one.

Compétences clés

Fluency in English and French – must be able to communicate effectively in both writing and speech.
At least one year of experience in HR roles, including conducting high-volume interviews.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
A proactive mindset – someone who takes initiative and thrives in a goal-driven environment.
