Mission principale

The IT and Digital Transformation Growth Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Curepipe, focused on driving strategic growth across KD Partners’ digital and AI transformation portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, leading client conversations, and shaping digital transformation roadmaps that align with client objectives. The role involves collaborating with technical and consulting teams to translate client needs into actionable digital strategies and product offerings, while ensuring solutions remain practical, scalable, and commercially viable. The Executive will support go-to-market initiatives, contribute to digital marketing and thought leadership activities, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners. This position requires proactive engagement in client meetings, solution workshops, and internal planning sessions to sustain a healthy pipeline and deliver measurable outcomes.

Compétences clés

• Demonstrated interest in Business Development, including pipeline generation, client relationship management, and deal execution.
• Familiarity with Digital — Marketing and growth initiatives to support brand positioning and lead generation in technology and consulting contexts.
• Skills in Product Management, including defining value propositions, shaping solution offerings, and collaborating on product roadmaps.
• Experience working with or around AI, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
