Services Consultant Assoc at Dayforce — Mauritius | LinkedIn Jobs

Mission principale

We are looking for a bilingual Services Consultant Associate to help customers successfully implement and optimize Dayforce solutions. Working directly with customers, you will understand their business and workforce management requirements, translate those needs into practical system solutions, and guide them through configuration, testing, and implementation. This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, and helping customers find better ways of working. You will manage responsibilities across multiple customer projects while partnering closely with project teams and other Dayforce stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, customer-focused, and comfortable learning complex technology. You ask good questions, look beyond the immediate request to understand the underlying need, and take ownership of finding the right path forward.
