Mission principale

Our SmartFleet Engineering Trainee acts as a support to the SmartFleet department on various activities pertaining to analyze Asset Condition & Performance monitoring information and generate value added data leads for on-site actions. Assist Engineer in creating analytics, generate preventive and predictive maintenance recommendations for continuous improvement assessment on operations efficiency. Responsabilités clés

• Organize, categorize, and maintain digital documents across various systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Perform data entry and updates in internal systems or databases with high attention to detail.
• Assist in managing and updating the internal files, ensuring data integrity, security, and confidentiality.
• Assist in predictive maintenance analysis by collecting, analysing, and interpreting equipment data, and support the preparation of reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and track project-related documents.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback for registered machines, providing updates on their status.
• Any other cognate duties.

Compétences clés

• Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or any related field.
• Data-driven mindset with an interest in statistical analysis and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, continuously evolving business environment.
