• Create and lead initiatives that drive change and solutions throughout the business.
• Lead cross-functional internal projects and initiatives from initiation through closure
• Clearly define project scope, deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities

• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Technology, or related field
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated success delivering initiatives on time and within scope
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Experience managing technology-enabled or process transformation projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management
• Experience in HCM software implementation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and tools such as Smartsheet, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Outlook and Office applications
• Hands-on experience using AI / LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) in business applications
• Experience working with data (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar); SQL or database experience is a plus
• Experience with content authoring and management systems is an asset
• Experience building or supporting automation, workflows, or scalable solutions
• Solid technical foundation with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies What Would Make You Really Stand Out
