- CIPP certification or equivalent native payroll certification (EMEA).
- Sound knowledge of GDPR requirements.
- Higher education qualification.
- At least two years of experience in a customer-facing office environment.
- Experience supporting EMEA payroll operations.
- Flexibility to work EMEA business hours and overtime, including weekends and public holidays during year-end processing.

- Ensure all aspects of the payroll cycle are processed, reconciled, audited, and transmitted accurately and on time.
- Process payroll changes, payments, and payroll transactions for assigned customers.
- Perform quality control and auditing activities to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer payroll matters and employee inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve payroll incidents using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Provide customers with regular and timely updates on incidents and case progress.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Contribute to the payroll support knowledge base and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively recommend solutions.
- Monitor scheduled payroll import and export files.
- Process import files and generate HR export files between Dayforce and integrated systems.
- Validate processing results and investigate failed import and export files.
- Log and manage payroll cases through the CRM system.
- Maintain SharePoint status updates following each scheduled job.
- Coordinate with Technical — Support teams to resolve processing issues.
- Validate payroll trial exception reports and investigate discrepancies.
- Keep global teams informed of escalations and customer or partner feedback.
- Follow established operational procedures and controls.
- Deliver work in accordance with agreed schedules, procedures, and service standards.
- Meet or exceed established process KPIs.
- Execute corrective and preventative action plans.
- Record key delivery metrics and operational data.
- Develop subject matter expertise in payroll processes.
- Proactively identify and communicate operational risks.
- Escalate customer concerns and exceptions when appropriate.
- Seek and apply development feedback to support continuous improvement.
