Responsabilités clés

As an Analyst / Senior Analyst, you will support on various Corporate Finance and Valuation assignments as follows: 1.
Valuation & Transaction Services
Review business plans, including analysis of historical and forecast financial data.
Apply relevant valuation methodologies.
Support M&A transactions, including indicative valuations and contribution-in-kind assessments. 2.
Audit Valuation Support
Support external audit teams in reviewing valuation reports across different asset classes.
Evaluate appropriateness of valuation methodologies, key inputs and assumptions.
Coordinate with clients and independent valuers as needed. 3.
Client Interaction
Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver assignments on time and to agreed scope.

Compétences clés

We are looking for candidates with:
Experience — 1–3 years of relevant experience in valuation and/or financial modelling.
Fresh graduates with a good academic background may also be considered.
Technical Skills — Understanding of valuation techniques/methodologies and ability to build financial models.
Analytical Skills — Attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
Academic Background — Strong academic record in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Language Skills — Fluency in English and French.
Work Ethic — Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Teamwork — Ability to collaborate effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Tools — Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Critical Thinking — Ability to structure, analyse, and resolve complex issues.
Adaptability — Ability to work on diverse projects across different industries and markets.
Communication — Clear, structured communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
