Responsabilités clés

Track project rollout timelines across international markets, coordinate cross-functional milestones, and proactively lead risk alerts, bottleneck identification, and operational escalations.
Facilitate onboarding, system access configuration, initial user training sessions, structured Q&A follow-ups, and operational support for local country teams.
Perform headcount data audits between new and legacy systems, checking multi-currency payroll invoices and billing data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Develop a deep technical understanding of platform feature sets to analyse workflows, document country-specific operational gaps, and draft standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assertively engage, assist, and hold distributed local country teams accountable to ensure strict adherence to project deadlines across global time zones.

Compétences clés

3–5 years of professional experience as a Project Management Officer, PMO Analyst, or Business Operations Analyst within an international BPO, ICT, or technology consulting environment.
Proven track record in holding cross-functional international teams accountable and managing multi-country project deliverables across different time zones.
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to map operational workflows, document technical gap analyses, and draft SOPs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Google Workspace, Advanced Excel (data matching, complex formulas, pivot tables, headcount/payroll reconciliations), with familiarity with HRIS, ERP ecosystems, SQL, or Power BI being a strong plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in French or another regional language is a strong plus.
