Senior Corporate Officer

Mission principale

• You will in close collaboration with the Senior Manager in the provision of corporate governance and board support services to Citco entities in multiple jurisdictions • You will coordinate and organize board and committee meetings for various offices, within agreed deadlines; • You will perform and monitor statutory filings with local authorities; • You will ensure that client’s, local, international and industry specific requirements are met and legal updates shared; • You will maintain data and ensure proper reporting. About You • You have a university degree in the field of Finance or Legal / or professionally qualified Chartered Secretary; • 3-5 years of experience in provision corporate services to international clients • You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken); • You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
