The Mattress Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right mattress and related bedding products based on their comfort preferences, needs and budget. Responsabilités clés

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their showroom visit Identify customers’ needs, preferences, sleeping habits and budget to recommend suitable mattresses Explain the features, benefits, materials, sizes and specifications of different mattresses and bedding products Demonstrate products and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions Achieve individual and showroom sales targets Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and other required sales documents Process customer orders and payments accurately Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and pending orders Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information and orders Ensure mattresses, beds and accessories are properly displayed, labelled and presented in the showroom Monitor product availability and coordinate with the stock team when replenishment is required Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered as scheduled Handle customer complaints and after-sales requests professionally, escalating issues when necessary Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming showroom environment Stay informed about new products, promotions, pricing and sales offers Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving overall showroom performance
