Today, it is an internationally recognized non-governmental organization (NGO) focusing on key populations in Mauritius and on the care of people living with HIV and viral hepatitis. PILS also has a regional presence through the Indian Ocean Coalition Plus Platform and a global reach through the Coalition PLUS network.
