1. Who we are

2. What CareerHub does

CareerHub is a job board connecting candidates and companies in Mauritius. We facilitate the publication of job offers and the transmission of applications via secure email relay. We are not a recruitment agency — we don't pre-select, screen, or rank candidates.

3. Personal data — candidates

When you apply, we collect: your name, email, phone (optional), CV, and answers to screening questions. This data is:

• Shared only with the company you applied to, via secure email relay
• Encrypted at rest in our infrastructure
• Never used for any other purpose, sold, or indexed publicly
• Kept for 90 days after the application, then automatically purged unless you opt in to our talent pool

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime at hello@mooove.group. We comply with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 and GDPR-equivalent standards.

4. Personal data — companies

Companies provide a contact name, work email, phone, and company details when posting. We verify work-email domains as an anti-spam measure. Recruiter PII (name, email, phone) is never displayed publicly on CareerHub. Applications reach the company via a secure relay that conceals both sides' email addresses until both choose to share.

5. Public job data

Job content (title, description, salary range, location, company name) is published openly and indexed by search engines, LLMs, and aggregators. By posting a job, you grant CareerHub a non-exclusive license to display, syndicate, and translate the job content within the platform and its partner channels.

6. Publisher commitment

Companies posting on CareerHub commit to:

• Reply to all serious applications within a reasonable timeframe (14 days max)
• Inform candidates honestly when they are not selected
• Not post fake, misleading, or discriminatory job offers

Companies that repeatedly violate these terms can be suspended or banned from the platform.

7. Prohibited content

Jobs that involve illegal activities, exploitation, discrimination (age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability), pyramid schemes, MLM, or violate Mauritius labour law are removed and the publishing company is suspended. We use automated detection + human moderation with a 5-minute SLA.

8. Intellectual property

CareerHub branding, design, and code are © 2026 MOOOVE Ltd. Job content remains the property of the publishing companies. Candidate CVs and personal data remain the property of the candidates.

9. Liability

CareerHub provides the platform but does not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of job descriptions, or the conduct of either party post-application. We disclaim liability for losses arising from interactions facilitated through the platform, except where required by Mauritian law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced via email to active users and at the top of this page. Continued use of CareerHub constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Port Louis.
