What You Do In this role, you will undertake mission-driven assignments to support finance teams during key absences, while implementing lasting enhancements. As a Squad member, you will assume existing responsibilities, guarantee seamless business continuity, and pinpoint opportunities to optimize processes. Continuity / Backfill • Assume responsibility for essential operational duties during employee absences • Ensuring all critical deadlines—such as invoicing and month-end closing—are consistently met, • Maintaining precision and compliance across all assigned activities. Process Improvement/Uplift • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement in daily operations • Document processes and develop clear, concise guides to facilitate seamless handovers • Propose and pilot practical enhancements such as error reduction, automation, and standardization. Collaboration • Build trust with local finance teams by listening attentively and adapting to their specific context • Communicate findings and improvement proposals clearly and diplomatically • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer to the returning employee.
