Main mission

This role exists to train and integrate new graduates in the field of IT to strengthen SD Worx's development and technical support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Train graduates in FullStack development, automated testing, and technical support
• Integrate participants into specific teams after training
• Apply skills acquired during training to real projects
• Provide a continuous learning and professional development environment
• Ensure monitoring and evaluation of participants' performance throughout the program
