Main mission

We are looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and support strategic decision-making. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and efficiency as we continue to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Financial Reporting — Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Budgeting & Forecasting — Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular forecasts to inform strategic planning.
• Compliance — Ensure compliance with local tax laws and international financial regulations.
• Audit Coordination — Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process to ensure timely completion.
• Process Improvement — Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and controls.
• Team Leadership — Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Key skills

• Education — Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA
• Experience — 5–8 years in financial roles, preferably within the IT or consulting sectors.
• Technical Skills — Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills — Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across departments.
