Marathi Team Lead (Maurice)

Main mission

This role exists to ensure the quality and consistency of Marathi AI training projects by overseeing trainer performance and adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of Marathi content and report recurring issues.
• Communicate with trainers and QAs to keep them updated on guidelines and quality expectations.
• Respond promptly to trainer and QA inquiries regarding Marathi content.
• Manage the activation of inactive contributors and track their availability.
• Create and maintain documentation for Marathi projects, including style guides and onboarding materials.

Key skills

• Degree in Marathi, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Marathi and English.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in language-related fields.
• Strong understanding of Marathi grammar and cultural context.
• Experience in managing remote teams.
