Software Developer Sr (Maurice)

Main mission

This role exists to develop innovative human capital management solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity for businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop next-generation HCM solutions.
• Actively participate in the entire software lifecycle, from analysis to support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to envision and deliver functionalities.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers.
• Modernize .NET Framework code as needed.

Key skills

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Knowledge of object-oriented principles (SOLID) and experience with C#/.NET.
• Skills in building user interfaces with JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience in TSQL (SQL Server) and query performance optimization.
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing (xUnit/NUnit/Jest).
