IT Operations Analyst

Main mission

This role exists to ensure the stability of critical operational services and support business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor critical services, infrastructure, and operational workloads.
• Respond promptly to operational alerts and service interruptions.
• Execute operational activities according to documented procedures.
• Escalate issues to ensure service availability and continuity.
• Participate in 24x7 operations, including weekends and public holidays.

Key skills

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or similar operational environment.
• Incident management and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in Windows Server environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
