Main mission
The Barista's mission is to provide an unparalleled coffee experience to every guest while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality coffee experiences to every guest.
- Train team members on coffee preparation and coffee art.
- Manage coffee-related product stocks and place necessary orders.
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines in the outlets.
- Coordinate with suppliers for machine breakdowns and regular servicing.
Key skills
- Minimum SC/GCE O Level or equivalent.
- Certified Barista qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of coffee drinks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
