Key responsibilities
- Provide solutions wealth structuring and preservation strategies, including cross-border and multi-generational considerations.
- Provide guidance on estate and succession planning tailored to the needs of high net worth individuals and families.
- Develop and implement family governance frameworks, including family constitutions, shareholder agreements, and family council structures.
- Deliver bespoke legal and administrative solutions to clients in the capacity of a Family Office Executive.
- Prepare and review client-facing documentation, reports, and correspondence to a high professional standard.
