Project Manager

Main mission

This role exists to ensure the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives within the Bank.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage their expectations.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize resources and manage project budgets.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and readiness for implementation while adhering to established standards.

Key skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
