Account Payable Accountant M/F

Main mission

Ensure the quality and compliance of the accounts payable process within the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Process Purchase Order and Non-Purchase — Order invoices according to Group standards
• Manage statement of account reconciliations
• Handle prepayments and pro forma invoices
• Resolve anomalies and disputes in collaboration with relevant departments
• Participate in the digital transformation of the supplier process

Key skills

• Diploma in Finance or ACCA studies
• 3 years of experience in AP accounting
• Knowledge of marine or oil and gas industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office tools
