Bilingual Customer Success Manager (SaaS) - FR & ENG - Remote (Maurice)

Main mission

This role exists to ensure product adoption, retention, and expansion for a portfolio of French-speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 60 SaaS accounts by serving as the primary contact for each client.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers in the accounts.
• Ensure product adoption and monitor engagement metrics.
• Advise clients on optimizing WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Track performance and provide structured feedback to internal teams.
