Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital campaigns while ensuring strong visual quality and brand consistency.
- Transform strategic briefs into engaging visual solutions.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account management teams.
- Create assets for CRM, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Leverage Generative — AI and creative technology tools to support ideation and design.
- Stay up to date with digital design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced international environment.
Key skills
- 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Art Director, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and creative thinking.
- Good understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma .
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and Generative AI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in CRM or email marketing design.
- Automotive industry exposure.
- Knowledge of German.
