Key responsibilities

Independently set up and launch social media campaigns based on briefs provided by onshore teams.
Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and other social channels .
Track campaign performance and optimize towards client KPIs and business objectives.
Troubleshoot campaign and platform-related issues to ensure smooth delivery.
Conduct post-campaign analyses and generate actionable insights.
Prepare and present campaign performance analyses (PCAs) and optimization recommendations.
Support Monthly Business — Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and client presentations.
Create reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, and Power BI .
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client-facing discussions regarding campaign pacing, performance, and KPI delivery.
What We're Looking For ✅ Experience managing paid social media campaigns across major social platforms. ✅ Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis. ✅ Solid understanding of channel-specific KPIs and digital marketing metrics. ✅ Experience working with social media buying platforms. ✅ Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. ✅ Ability to interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations. ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ✅ Comfortable participating in client-facing meetings and presentations. ✅ Advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools. ✅ Fluency in English (written and verbal).
