Receptionist / Front office Executive

The role

We are looking for a friendly, professional and well-organised Dental Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to join our new, modern dental clinic in Mauritius. The role involves welcoming and assisting patients, managing appointments and communications, coordinating with the dental team, and ensuring a smooth and exceptional patient experience from the first point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional and personalised experience
• Manage appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and patient follow-ups
• Coordinate patient flow and appointments efficiently with the dental team
• Handle billing, payments, receipts and basic administrative duties
• Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
