Key responsibilities
Produce accurate architectural and technical drawings based on architects' sketches, specifications, and project requirements.
Use Autodesk — AutoCAD to prepare detailed architectural drawings with accurate measurements, dimensions, construction details, and technical specifications.
Assist in developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and other architectural drawings.
Make modifications and updates to drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawings comply with project specifications, building regulations, and industry standards.
Contribute to multiple projects while meeting established deadlines and quality requirements.
Maintain accurate and well-organised project documentation.
Requirements & Skills
Certificate/Diploma in Architectural Draughtsmanship OR Degree in Architectural Technology.
3 to 7 years of work experience in an architectural firm.
Good knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD is essential.
Good understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French .
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Employment Details
Employment Type — Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours — 9:45 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
