Key responsibilities

Revenue Management & Pricing Strategy
Define and manage dynamic pricing strategies
Optimize revenue according to seasonality, demand, and market trends
Manage pricing restrictions, minimum stay requirements, and inventory
Build reliable, business-oriented revenue forecasts
Conduct regular performance analyses and provide strategic recommendations Distribution & Channel Optimization
Monitor OTA, direct sales, and partner performance
Optimize channel mix to improve profitability
Ensure consistency of pricing, availability, and restrictions across all channels
Increase direct bookings through adapted pricing strategies Data & Tools
Manage and optimize Yield Management tools (Avantio, Beyond Pricing, AirDNA, or equivalent)
Develop dashboards and performance reporting tools
Automate and secure Revenue Management processes
Use data and AI to support pricing decisions Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support operations, sales, and management teams with actionable insights
Participate in budgeting exercises and annual revenue strategies
Contribute to a culture of performance, excellence, and continuous improvement Success Indicators
