Key skills

3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or CI/CD, in production-critical enterprise environments.
Advanced knowledge in pipeline design, reusable and versioned templates, container build images, and runner orchestration.
Strong plus — hands-on GitLab CI/CD and GitLab Runners, since that is the toolchain in the client environments you would join.
Also welcome — Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
We will support your ramp-up on GitLab.
Strong English communication skills are a must.
Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Helm) and at least one scripting language.
Experience with major cloud platforms, and a solid understanding of IAM, networking, and secret management.
Comfort with containers and Kubernetes concepts, even if you have not run them at scale.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, systems-thinking mindset, and an inspiring team spirit ("yes, we can...").

We’re seeking highly versatile Senior DevOps Engineers for CI/CD automation and platform delivery. You will contribute by building resilient platforms and standardizing developer delivery. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, working inside large enterprise architectures, and raising engineering quality around you, we want to hear from you. General Responsibilities: • Architect and maintain enterprise CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI/CD), modular pipeline templates, container stack images, reusable technology stacks, and isolated runner execution environments. • Build and improve platform capabilities that many engineering teams depend on, treating the platform as an internal product with clear owners, documentation, and lifecycle. • Automate platform and infrastructure configuration using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, GitOps) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell). • Enforce security boundaries and access governance: separation of untrusted and trusted zones, Least Privilege, secret management, and artifact provenance. • Participate in incident resolution (P1/P2), blameless postmortems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of runbooks and diagnostic paths. • Empower feature and system teams through pairing, technical enablement, architecture decision records (ADRs), peer reviews, and Golden Path documentation.
