IT Business Analyst - Financial Systems
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Act as the link between business teams and technical teams
- Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and project managers throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support solution design, testing activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UA
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in IT, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Banking, ACCA or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst , ideally supporting financial or accounting sys tems , OR strong experience in Accounting /Finance with a clear interest and willingness to transition into IT role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes from a systems and functional design perspec tive (workflows, controls, data, integrations
