Associate Engineer – Digital Workplace

Main mission

•Support the testing, automation and continuous improvement of collaborative tools and services across the Group. •Assist in designing, testing and documenting simple workflows using approved low-code and automation tools. •Contribute to proof of concepts (POCs), pilots and technical evaluations related to AI, automation and digital collaboration tools. •Gather technical information and support the assessment of digital tools, identifying risks, constraints and feasibility considerations. •Document prototypes, workflows, automation logic, technical findings and lessons learned. •Collaborate with Analysts, Service Desk, IT teams, and business users to support Digital Workplace initiatives. •Escalate complex technical, integration or application development matters to the appropriate technical teams.

Key skills

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or some experience in IT, Digital Workplace, Automation, Technical Support or a related role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Low-Code/No-Code platforms (such as Power Automate).
• Understanding of automation, AI, workflow design and modern digital workplace technologies would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to document technical solutions and explain technical concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Curious, adaptable and eager to explore emerging technologies and innovative ways of working.
• Strong communication skills in both English and French.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
