Key responsibilities

• Assist in the underwriting and servicing of clients
• Process application forms and renew policies
• Handle and follow up on queries from customers and intermediaries (brokers and agents)
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client, company and personnel information
• Support other duties as business needs evolve, including general administrative work

Work conditions

Full-time, On-site
