Analytics Lead

Main mission

This role exists to provide analytical expertise that optimizes data usage within the agency and for its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and expertise to internal teams and external partners.
• Plan and monitor the daily activities of data analysts.
• Support the team in removing obstacles to ensure project continuity.
• Define and maintain technical documentation related to data analytics.
• Establish and plan training activities for data analysts to keep them updated on data-related topics.

Key skills

• Degree in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, or a quantitative field.
• 4-5 years of experience in a data-related field.
• Proficiency with common analytical tools such as R, SPSS, and Excel.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
