The role

YEMA is looking for a hands-on Senior Graphic Designer – Brand & Digital to replace our current designer and support the creation of premium visual assets across ecommerce, digital marketing, retail, product launches, and brand communication. This is a practical design role, not a pure creative director position. The person must be able to produce high-quality visuals, adapt them across multiple channels, maintain brand consistency, and work with internal teams in Mauritius and France. Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for YEMA’s website, Shopify pages, product launches, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, advertising, and retail communication.
• Design offline materials including posters, roll-up banners, brochures, packaging-related assets, product manuals, press layouts, and event/fair visuals.
• Maintain consistency of YEMA’s visual identity across digital, ecommerce, retail, print, and campaign assets.
• Support product launch visuals and product storytelling, ensuring watch details, specifications, straps, calibres, and references are visually accurate.
• Design Klaviyo email layouts using copy and campaign direction provided by the marketing team
