Key responsibilities

Lead and strengthen the EVOLIS brand through impactful marketing, communication and lead generation initiatives.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with commercial and occupancy objectives.
Drive leasing and sales activities by managing leads, coordinating property visits and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, brokers and partners.
Manage and optimise the commercial pipeline through CRM tools, ensuring opportunities are effectively tracked and progressed.
Enhance customer and tenant experiences through engagement initiatives, activations and community-building events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to support strategic decision-making and commercial positioning.
Coordinate internal teams, specialist resources, agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns, projects and business objectives on time and within budget.

Key skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Real Estate or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development, leasing, account management or a related role.
Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into business opportunities.
Experience in real estate, B2B services or another commercially driven environment would be an advantage.
Strong brand and marketing capabilities, with a good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
Experience with CRM and commercial pipeline management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and French .
Strong project management, organisational and analytical skills.
Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership from strategy through to execution.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
