Assistant Chief Engineer

Main mission

Supervise maintenance operations to ensure guest comfort and the safety of facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Repair & Maintenance and Maintenance & Operation sections
• Ensure effective management of breakdowns and faults affecting guest comfort
• Train and guide staff on safety and procedures
• Control the economical use of spare parts and inventory
• Participate in the development and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance work

Key skills

• Secondary education or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel industry
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of the maintenance department
