Main mission

The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with existing and potential customers and generating new business opportunities for Repair2Care. The role will focus on promoting Repair2Care's automotive repair, bodywork, paint/refinishing, wheel repair and related services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative will act as an important link between the customer and Repair2Care's internal operations, ensuring that customer requirements are properly understood, communicated and followed up. 2.

Key responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote Repair2Care's services and capabilities to existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and present quotations and commercial proposals.
• Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
• Achieve agreed monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Repair2Care services.
• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure they are communicated to the relevant department.
• Maintain a professional image of Repair2Care at all times.
• Workshop & Operations Coordination
• Liaise closely with the workshop and operations teams regarding customer requirements.
• Ensure commitments made to customers are realistic and aligned with workshop capacity.
• Follow up on vehicles/jobs in progress when required.
• Keep customers informed regarding job progress, delays or changes.
• Coordinate with the reception/customer service team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Identify additional sales opportunities from existing workshop customers.
• Sales Administration & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, quotations and sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
• Maintain an updated customer database.
• Follow up outstanding quotations and potential accounts.
• Monitor customer accounts and communicate any payment concerns to management/accounts.
• Provide management with feedback regarding market trends and customer expectations. 3.
• Key Performance — Indicators (KPIs) The Sales Representative will be evaluated based on:
• Monthly sales revenue.
• Conversion rate of quotations into confirmed jobs.
• Customer retention and repeat business.
• Number of customer visits and sales calls.
• Growth of existing customer accounts.
• Outstanding quotation follow-up.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Contribution to overall company revenue and profitability. 4.

• Experience & Qualifications — Minimum Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, business development or customer relationship management.
• Experience in the automotive, body repair, paint, wheel or related industry will be an advantage.
• Minimum qualification in Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the following areas would be an advantage:
• Automotive dealerships.
• Body repair workshops.
• Insurance/claims environment.
• Automotive parts or accessories. 6.
