Main mission

Strengthen the internal control, risk management, and governance framework by providing objective assurance to management and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual internal audit plan based on identified risks
• Conduct independent audits of the company's financial, operational, and administrative processes
• Review the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements
• Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and assess control adequacy
• Prepare clear and comprehensive internal audit reports and conduct special investigations as requested

Key skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA)
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in internal or external audit
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and audit methodologies
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
