Main mission

This role exists to ensure accurate and timely processing of the entire payroll cycle for assigned clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing, reconciliation, and transmission of payroll cycles for assigned clients.
  • Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of payroll impacting changes and payments for clients.
  • Conduct quality control and audits to maintain a low error rate.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to address client payroll issues and employee inquiries.
  • Leverage analytical skills to efficiently resolve incidents.
