Senior Medewerker Informatiehuishouding / Militaire Inlichtingen- en Veiligheidsdienst (MIVD)

Main mission

This role exists to enhance information management within the MIVD to protect Dutch interests and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Correctly classify and archive documents while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with archive laws and regulations.
• Identify and rectify gaps in the metadata of archived documents.
• Support changes in information management processes.
• Evaluate completed work and provide feedback to management.

Key skills

• HBO level degree, preferably in information management.
• Experience in information management and archiving.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English.
• Skill in using (digital) information systems.
