Scope As a Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding our team, setting technical standards, and ensuring project milestones are met. You’ll interface with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications. As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and testing code within the Odoo ecosystem. Duties and responsibilities • Collaborate with management, departments, and clients to identify end-user requirements and specifications. • Design and develop integrated application using proper convention and design standards • Analyze, diagnose and resolve errors related to the applications • Develop solutions for our clients from many different industries, sectors and company size • Provide support to maintain specific solutions • Work with development teams and managers to ideate software solutions. • Design both client-side and server-side architecture. • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. • Write effective APIs. • Test software for responsiveness and efficiency. • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software. • Create security and data protection settings. • Provide technical documentation Skills • Programming Languages: Python and JavaScript • Database: PostgreSQL (With Object Rational Mapping) • Collaboration Platform: GitHub (Nice to Have) • Development Model: Open with external community • Ability to learn new language and technologies • Strong technical and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
