Payroll Senior Analyst

Main mission

This role exists to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll data for Accenture employees.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain the payroll system to ensure employee data accuracy.
• Validate input and output source data.
• Ensure timely and clear communication for on-time delivery.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and clarify information.
• Prepare payroll reports promptly after closure.

• In-depth knowledge of payroll-related topics.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Office/Excel skills.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
