Consultant Data (Talan Mauritius)

Main mission

This role exists to enhance Talan Mauritius's Data expertise by optimizing the use of Snowflake.

Key responsibilities

• Draft detailed functional and technical specifications for data projects.
• Design and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake to ensure effective data management.
• Develop relevant data models to meet client needs.
• Audit existing pipelines and propose improvements to optimize performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the development and deployment of solutions.

Key skills

• Experience on a Snowflake project
• Development skills with ETL/ELT tools, ideally dbt
• Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Understanding of data modeling (relational, star, Data Vault)
