BI Analyst

Main mission

This role exists to provide in-depth analyses that support commercial decisions and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze dashboards to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Conduct detailed performance analyses to guide CRM campaigns.
• Support test design and interpret results from control group experiments.
• Ensure a test and control culture to measure campaign success.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and present analytical findings.

Key skills

• Degree in STEM, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent field.
• Previous experience in an analytical role, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Proficient in SQL and Python, R or SAS.
• Knowledge of data visualization software, preferably Power BI.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
