Sales Operations Analyst

Main mission

This role exists to provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to optimize the sales organization's performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze pipeline performance and sales activities to support the sales organization.
• Manage and analyze the sales pipeline while ensuring data accuracy in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Enhance CRM data quality and promote accountability within the sales teams.
• Develop and monitor sales performance indicators and KPIs.
• Deliver analytics and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to inform commercial decisions.

Key skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Advanced Excel skills
• Very good English communication skills
